A recent preview for the forthcoming Super Mario Galaxy Film verifies the inclusion of popular figures in its ensemble for the next escapade. Viewers get the initial verified glimpse of Yoshi on screen, following an autumn leak via a Pillsbury doughboy packaging artwork. Equally thrilling is the presence of Birdo among the cast. Nintendo unveiled this clip amid their dedicated Super Mario Galaxy Film presentation.
The brief showcase further announced that production has advanced to the editing phase. An earlier preview had pegged the debut for April 3, but the film will now launch on April 1 instead. The Super Mario Galaxy Film features Chris Pratt lending his voice to Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy portraying Peach, and Charlie Day as Luigi, with additional roles filled by Jack Black as Bowser, Keegan-Michael Key as Toad, Benny Safdie as Bowser Jr., Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek, and Brie Larson as Rosalina.
