Samsung previewed several standout gaming monitors emphasizing three-dimensional visuals and exceptional refresh capabilities before CES 2026. The spotlight falls on the 32-inch Odyssey 3D, which Samsung describes as the first 6K panel delivering three-dimensional imagery without requiring glasses. This display combines sharp visuals with a 165Hz refresh rate that can double to 330Hz using Dual Mode, plus a rapid 1ms gray-to-gray response time. Enhanced 3D rendering improves depth perception, spatial awareness, and element distinction surpassing flat images, tailored for titles such as Stellar Blade and The First Berserker: Khazan, per Samsung's details.

The 27-inch Odyssey G6 pushes boundaries with refresh performance, achieving a record 1,040Hz in Dual Mode and supporting native QHD resolution at 600Hz to aid gamers in following fast-moving elements and spotting subtle details, according to Samsung. It delivers immediate enhancements in responsiveness and works seamlessly with AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-Sync technologies.

For OLED enthusiasts, the 32-inch Odyssey OLED G8 integrates a 4K QD-OLED screen with a 240Hz refresh rate, anti-reflective surfaces, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 approval, albeit with a peak brightness of 300 nits. The monitor supports DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1 interfaces offering bandwidth up to 80Gbps, along with compatibility for AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-Sync.

Samsung also debuted two additional high-definition variants in the Odyssey G8 lineup. One is the 32-inch G80HS featuring 6K clarity at a maximum of 165Hz, while the other is the 27-inch 5K model with native operation up to 180Hz, extendable to 360Hz in QHD via Dual Mode. Pricing information remains unavailable for these products, though announcements are expected shortly into the new year.
